This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The 6 km long and 7 km wide glacier situated N of Mount Parry, NW of Harvey Heights and S of Mount Rokitansky on Brabant Island in the Palmer Archipelago. Flowing westwards into Lanusse Bay. Named for the Bulgarian-American Carl Djerassi (b. 1923), a co-inventor of the oral contraceptive pill.
